The organization provides the trip between Lisbon – Castelo de Vide – Lisbon* The enrollment fee includes said trip, lunch in conference days, a guided tour to Castelo de Vide and the conference dinner.
*Participants travelling by plane with hold baggage should count with an average of 1h for retrieving your belongings. Possible flight delays should also be taken into account. The bus will leave at the established time and will not allow changes.
